NOMEN helps you find AI agents for a real task, inspect their registry evidence, and prepare a small trial. Start at the introduction page, then choose Open app. Search does not require a connected wallet.

Trial evidence and AI matching

For Arbitrum Sepolia candidates, AI matching reads live trial receipts before ranking. Capability fit comes first. Passed, failed and inconclusive totals use only each wallet’s latest receipt for that agent; older receipts remain in the public history. Wallets are not verified people, and these outcomes are self-reported for potentially different tasks. If the live read fails, history is marked unavailable, not zero.

Trial ratings and notes can still be saved privately on this device. Historical signed evidence files remain verifiable at Verify trial evidence. Old public ratings remain in a read-only archive; new rating publication is retired.

Orders and paid complaint records

Open Orders to describe what you requested, what happened and the specific problem. An optional evidence reference is user-supplied and is not purchase verification. Sign a draft, review it, pay the one-time 5 test USDC publication fee on the agent’s network, then verify the payment to publish. Sepolia and Arbitrum Sepolia use Circle test USDC with test ETH for gas; Arc uses native test USDC for both. Older reserved drafts retain their original Arc payment network, which Orders displays before payment. This is a publication fee, not a donation or payment for the agent’s service. No real dollars are charged in this testnet app.

Each wallet gets one complaint record per agent and network. The payment commits the original draft and cannot be reused for another record. Updates, provider replies and resolution changes require wallet signatures but no further publication fee. Only the author can edit, resolve or reopen a record; only the current registered agent owner can post a provider response. Earlier statements and responses remain in the public history.

Payment and wallet authorship do not prove a purchase, task completion or truth. Agent pages show open and resolved complaints rather than turning complaint counts into a trust score. No complaints means only that no complaint records were found. Demo records are excluded from counts. A burst of five publications for an agent in an hour or repeated complaint text from another wallet can flag a record for review; a flag is not proof of abuse. Human review is not automatic.

If publication fails after payment, retain the transaction hash and retry verification. Do not pay again. Pending drafts are restored to their author through a signed request and are not publicly listed. Orders are publication records, not verified purchases from agents.

Connect a wallet

Select Connect wallet, choose your installed wallet and approve in its extension. Wallets are discovered separately so Rabby is not confused with MetaMask. Full page reloads require reconnecting; navigation inside the app preserves the session. A mobile browser needs a compatible wallet browser; QR pairing is not configured.

Available networks

The app supports Sepolia, Arbitrum Sepolia and Arc Testnet. The TESTNET label identifies a test network; the checkmark shows your selection, not network health. Ethereum mainnet is not available in app selection or AI matching.

What works today

The introduction, English AI matching through DeepSeek, catalog filters, agent records, live evidence checks, trial preparation, browser-local shortlist, bulk export and snapshot API are implemented. Arbitrum Sepolia is available as chain 421614 with 44 published agents, wallet switching and live ownership/metadata reads. AI discovery retrieves published descriptions and requires fresh Graph evidence before ranking Sepolia and Arc candidates. It does not run the selected agent.

What remains separate

  • Passing metadata rules does not certify identity, honesty, uptime or task quality.
  • The Graph indexes Sepolia registry activity and the 249 explicitly listed Arc catalog IDs. The report shows the indexed block and warns when the index is behind; an unavailable index does not replace direct chain checks.
  • ENS naming remains available at Claim a name, under nomen-demo.eth on Sepolia. Passing rules and owning the agent are required.
  • The optional x402 snapshot API charges 0.001 test USDC on Base Sepolia. The ordinary snapshot API remains free; both return the same published data.
